We have recently renovated our single storey house located in a quiet residential area in Barbados within 5 minutes' drive to Enterprise Beach and Oistins.

Indoors features 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and an open-plan kitchen/living area.

Spacious outdoor areas include two covered patios and a deck, front and back gardens, and an above-ground pool. The gardens typically attract Antillean Crested Hummingbirds and Green-throated Caribs every morning and evening, with other resident species on property including the endemic Barbados Bullfinch, along with Grey Kingbirds, Scaly-naped Pigeons, endemic ssp of Yellow (Golden) Warbler, Zenaida Doves, Carib Grackles and Bananaquits. We are also regularly visited by Green Vervets (aka Barbados Green Monkeys) who come down to the lily pond to drink.
